Shipping Q1: How Can I Change My Shipping Address After Submitting My Order?

  • An address cannot be edited after the merchandise has been shipped. We recommend contacting us directly via email to see if we're able to assist you further. If an address is incorrect and a package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Upon receiving the returned package, we will issue you a refund. If you would like the items shipped to the correct address, place a new order.

Shipping Q2: What Should I Do If I Received the Wrong Merchandise?

  • Although rare and unacceptable, should you receive damaged, incorrect or defective merchandise, please send an email to info@sweetfashionfriends.com. In the communication, please include:
    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Date Ordered

Ordering Q1:  Ordering the Wrong Size 

  • After a customer receives the order confirmation to their email, the contents of the order cannot be changed; therefore, we recommend you return the original order and place another order for the correct item.

Ordering Q2: Design No Longer On Web Site

  • If you are interested in a design that is no longer offered, please forward an email to info@sweetfashionfriends.com and provide the details regarding the product.  Our designs are archived and may be retrievable.  Please provide the following information:
    • Design Detail
    • Size
    • Shirt Color

Coupon Promotion Q1: Can I Use a Promotion Code for Multiple Orders?

  • The promotion codes are tracked in our system and are valid only once.

Coupon Promotion Q2: Can I Use a Promotion Code After I Have Submitted the Order?

  • Unfortunately, after the order has been placed, there is no way for us to apply the promotion code to the order.
